5 Year Structural Warranty for timber furniture

• 5 Year warranty is valid from date of purchase.
• The 5 year structural warranty applies to the structural integrity of the timber items only.
• Our timber products should not be dragged on the floor/ground, they should not be placed near open fireplaces or directly under air conditioners, they should not be jumped on or used in any way that it has not been designed for.
• Damage caused by extreme use or environmental elements which can affect the structure, performance or appearance is NOT covered by warranty.   Damage such as acid spills, solvents, dyes, or other corrosive materials, ink, paint or body fluids; moisture of any kind, improper cleaning techniques or placing furniture outdoors, in close proximity to heat or in direct sunlight is not covered by the warranty.
• Finishes and fabrics that are exposed to daily wear and tear cannot be covered by the warranty.
• Environmental factors can alter colour and cause fading in fabrics and timber which is not covered by the warranty.

 Warranty Claims

• Claims must be in writing to enquires@markoandmarzie.com.au
• All warranty claims will be assessed and determined by Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd.
• The warranty covers all repair costs but excludes shipping, freight and transport costs involved with the claim.
• Warranty claims or returns will not be accepted if the item has been tampered with - for example if the item has been re-painted, re-finished, re-upholstered, altered in any way, or if the item has not been used for its intended purpose. 
• Any goods for which you cannot supply a valid invoice and proof of payment will not be accepted.
• Any items sent back to Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd without prior discussion and consent will be delivered back at the expense of the buyer.
