Terms & Conditions


         Delivery

  • Access limitations at the delivery address (eg. Stairs, small entrance, lift etc) need to be communicated in writing to Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd prior to dispatch, costs may incurr if access limitations are not communicated correctly. 
  • Item/s will not be dispatched until full balance is paid to suppliers.
  • Delivery costs will vary depending on number of items and delivery location.
  • On the date of item arrival, the Customer must inspect the item for damage or defects which may have incurred during transport. 
  • A window of 12 hours after delivery is to communicate any damage or defects.  Any notification after the 12 hour time period will void Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd of any responsibility.
  • Damage or defects will be void and not legitimate if damage issues were caused by accident, extreme weather conditions, negligence, irregular use, wear and tear. Please read carefully our Care Guide 

    Returns

  • Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or wrong decision. 
  • The Customer will not be entitled to return products supplied my Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd except in the event that an agreement in writing has been settled by Marko & Marzie Pty Ltd.
  • Please refer to the Marko & Marzie Warranty if there are structural issues.
